Details
Frames of a specified width (width="40") change sizes when the browser
window is resized. This causes untold numbers of problems when coming up
with content that has images that span multiple frames.
An example of these problems can be seen at http://www.totalannihilation.com
Go there and watch the cavedog image as you resize the browser.. there should
be a glaring line where the images don't mesh and it will actually change as
the browser is resized.

What does w4.08 mean? Netscape navigator version 4.08 on Windows? If so this
is the wrong place to report that bug, bugzilla tracks bugs in a
yet-to-be-released browser! :)

Works for me in last night's build. The only bug I see here is bug 14827.

I tested the site with NN 4.72 and since the discribed bug occur, I assume the
reporter really meant NN 4.x
Verified working with M14.
