using 12/5 build of mozilla  2000010508

1) launch mozilla
2) launch composer
3) insert link, click OK
4) click in link
5) bring up link props panel

notice buttons are missing at bottom(OK, CANCEL). you see them if you
enlarge the window...window not tall enough....

all platforms.

setting this to m14
Seems to be the correct size in my debug build (pulled tree at 1pm 1/6).
But I get lot's of asserts starting the Composer window and dialogs.
Let's check with the next day or 2's builds.

This is behaving OK in the 1/11 optimized build.
Another mysterious XUL side effect that just as mysteriously disappears!
