On viewing the details of this certificate, the title of the certificate viewer is corrupted. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Obtain a certificate that contains a multibyte DN. 2. Import into the browser. 3. Click on Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Certificates -> Manage Certificates. 4. In the Certificate Manager, the certificate is listed with correct DN, no corruption in the DN here. 5. Select this certificate and Click on view. 6. Notice that the DN in the window title is corrupted, where as the DN in the details is not. Actual Results: The DN is corrupted even if the client is a Win2000 with ja as the language. Expected Results: The tile should not be corrupted and should show the CN value and O value there.
