Bug 230051 is a mixture of "middle-click -> new tab" and "chatzilla should use
Browser prefs for click actions/tabs".
The latter seems being discussed by the Chatzilla people, the first one seems to
be welcome, so I split that other bug.
This one is for middle click, the other one strictly for honoring Browser prefs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Middle-click on URL in Chatzilla
Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Open a new browser tab.

Patch on the way.

Requesting r= from Silver (we spoke about it on IRC).

I'm not familiar with chatzilla review requirements and checkin procedures.
Assuming your review is sufficient: Can anybody with cvs write access check
this in? Then I guess I have a person who'll do it. Else, could you please
check this into the tree?  Or will this go into the hacksrus chatzilla builds
first??
