bug tracking feature in Summary

Using 4.5-4.7,  an exported address book in the Comma Separated (csv) format
will not import into a 5.0 Address Book.   A similiar bug was logged for the
.tab import (10868) but did not mention this extension, so this bug will tract
the .csv import.  This work is being done by Tony Robinson, assinging to myself
until I can find his e-mail address for reassigning.

Ok, this bug was logged when we were using the File|Import menu item in the 
Address book for importing.  .csv was not a format that was supported in this 
import option.  .csv is supported in the Utility Import and works,  so since I 
logged this I will verify it as fixed.  I will also log a new bug to have the 
File|Import menu item in the Address book use the Import Utility or be removed, 
since that is still importing address books in a different way than the 
Utility.  Resolving as invalid and verifying it.
