There is already a trunk mozilla sidebar component, but it appears that Firebird's is independent. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
This is already covered by the components that have panels (e.g. bookmarks, history). Ben says we don't really have any code that would need its own specific sidebar component here. WONTFIX.
