Wherever I try to open Open/Save dialogs Mozilla freeze

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File/Open File
2. Click URL then press "save"
3. Everywere

Actual Results:  
Freeze. Mozilla has to be killed after that

Expected Results:  
Open dialog box

Mozilla 1.6 release

Followed the actions posted by the OP.
Clicking on  File /Open - opens the file dialog.

Actual result:
  File open dialog is opened
The action that the OP has mentioned does *not* occur

Classic.
But all works on my work.
I'll try to reinstall windows. (But everywhere open dialog works).
