mozilla can work offline, firebird would be my choice if it could do so , too.
WHY is it so hard to get through to you? I was clicking about 40 times, visiting
about 15 pages to tell anyone involved in this project what the problem is .
very customerfriendly (sarcasm).

I WANT TO BE ABLE TO WORK OFFLINE WITH FIREBIRD !

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I start firebird, visit any site online
2.I close my internet connection
3.I can't work offline

Actual Results:  
the same

Expected Results:  
implement functionality to work offline

this sux. this is not a bug, but a loss of convinience.
this won't make me a satisfied firebird user.

By shouting at people, it will be very hard for you to find someone listening.
Bugzilla is not the right place for something like this.

You should also search for duplicates before filing a bug. A simple search for
"offline" in the Firebird product yielded only three bugs. You would see
instantly that your problem is fixed in nightly builds since over a month ago.
