231706 - Some Javascript doesn't work with 1.6, but older versions

If you point over Switzerland's map on this page, where you normally can switch
to different regions of Switzerland to show the snow heigth, nothing happens,
there is no clickable area. But: They have another way to go to the regions by
clicking the links left of the map.

In 1.5 and older versions (and other browsers...) a new page was opened with the
correct region.

Another issue with this site:

If you point the mouse over the first 7 "Details" buttons on
http://www.schneehoehen.de/schnee/region_detail.php?id_region=25&id_land=3 there
is also no possibility to click "Details", but the buttons 8..20 work! There is
no possibility to go to the skiing resorts details!

This bug is also reproducable on my other PC (Win XP Pro SP1).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.schneehoehen.de/schnee/region.php?id_land=3
2. Point the mouse over the map of Switzerland
3. You cannot browse the swiss regions via the map

Actual Results:  
See details above

Expected Results:  
Open the links behind the graphics.

saw the same using Mozilla 1.4.1, current nightly, Opera 7.2x

First buttons 'Detail' not working on

To get it working, install extension NukeAnything and kill the ads to the right
of the map, or the detail button, after that it´s working.

This is not an Engine bug.
Probably Tech Evangelism because the page makes the ads wider than they are. But
not sure about it, so moving back to b-g for further triage.

All builds back to 1.4 that I have on hand show the same behavior -- the map is
not clickable.  That's because there is a div positioned right over that map....
 the mouse events go to that div.
