If you have a div with an absolute width that is contained inside a <div
align=center>, then if the browser window is small enough, you lose the left
side of the div, the text dissappears.

(Tested with latest CVS Trunk)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached testcase
2. Make the browser window small (horizantally)

Actual Results:
Notice how the text has been pushed off the edge of the page, and you can't get
to it with the horizantal scrollbar

Expected Results:
The text shouldn't dissappear off the web page.

This was reported to Galeon as http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=132084
Attached file testcase
There should appear a scrollbar if left overflow occures
