I also saw this, but now that is not a link anymore and (although the page says
it was last modified in 2002) the page info reveals that it was modified a week
ago, that's probably when that link was removed.
Dean, please reopen if this is still a link for you after clearing your cache
and shift-reloading, making sure that you do not get an old version of this file
from some proxy between.

everything looks ok now!
The link has been removed from the page so by default there error can no longer 
exist! :)
