Registers: EAX=003d0068 CS=0177 EIP=0123c972 EFLGS=00010202 EBX=003d006c SS=017f ESP=0066eb20 EBP=0066ec68 ECX=00310020 DS=017f ESI=0368054c FS=120f EDX=ffffffac ES=017f EDI=03e78d19 GS=0000 Bytes at CS:EIP: 8b 03 8b 40 04 24 f8 89 45 f4 8b 0b 8b 49 0c 89 Stack dump: 00000000 03d77880 00000000 7800db11 78033250 ffffffff 0066eb74 780013c3 00000010 780013ac 00000010 00000000 0123a656 00000010 0123a8a8 00000000 The file used with the program is : js3250.dll File version 4.0 c:\inet\mozilla.org\Mozilla 332k (339,968 bytes), 344,064 used It's interesting, but because of the constant intermittant crashes, I downloaded and tried both MozillaFirebird and Thunderbird. But I like the regular mozilla a lot better. The curious thing though is that both programs supposibly use the same file, with MozillaFirebird's being slightly smaller in size. All are version 4.0. I tried replacing the one in Mozilla' place where it is used, and mozilla exits right away after you try to start it up. Curious because the one from Thunderbird appears to be the same file? js3250.dll File version 4.0 c:\inet\thunderbird 332k (339,968 bytes), 344,064 used js3250.dll File version 4.0 c:\inet\MozillaFirebird 328k (335,872 bytes), 335,872 used I put the origional one back, and am still dealing with the same intermittant crashes. Hope you can get this fixed soon, because I sure like your browser better that IE. Hope this info helps. yrret@milwpc.com Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.just normal use (problem is intermittant) 2.it does seem to happen a little more when I use the mail program. 3. Reporter: IS this still a problem with recent Mozilla builds ? If yes: Please provide a talkback ID from that crash !
I recieve this error ALMOST every time I use Mozilla.
We need a talkback ID from that crash because the Windows error message doesn't help. Use a current Mozilla build with talkback (Mozilla1.7.7 or later) and the talkback client should popup after Mozilla crashed. Send the report and after that open Mozilla\components\talkback.exe manually to get the ID.

Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
