As Paul Harvey would say, "Here is a strange!"
I cannot log on to the billing site of SBC telephone company using Firebird.
Clicking the login button does nothing. However, if no User ID is entered, then
clicking on the login button takes the appropriate action, bringing up an error
page and another login form.
The site works with MSIE, and the login page says that Netscape 6 is acceptable.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://www05.sbc.com/MyAccount .
2. Enter any user ID and password and click the login button.
3. Nothing happens.
4. Clear the user ID and password fields, and click the login button.
5. This time a new page is loaded, stating that the user ID and password fields
were left blank.

Neils, this may be a problem in your profile. You can try going to your profile
(usually at C:\Documents And Settings\WindowsUserName\Application
Data\Phoenix\Profiles etc), opening signons.txt and find any entry relating to
your SBC account. Delete the text after the dot before the URL and up to and
including the next dot. If you need help doing this, you can e-mail me.
You need to log in
before you can comment on or make changes to this bug.
