While reading mail in the preview paine, upon receiving new messages, the
preview paine window will automatically scroll back to the top of the message.
This can be very annoying when reading a long email, and having to scroll back
down to find your place.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have long email message open in preview paine, scrolled down several pages.
2. receive new messages via POP3 account
3. the window will either scroll or refresh to the top of page

Actual Results:  
I had to scroll back down to the place I was reading

Expected Results:  
The window should have remained stationary.
