I checked in the NSPR configure.in change on the NSPR trunk.
Michael, you didn't check in the NSPR configure change.
(The cltbld user doesn't automatically update the NSPR
configure file whenever the NSPR configure.in file is
changed.) I don't have access to a machine with the
right version of autoconf installed, so I can't do that
for you.
