No preference matching the HELP instruction quoted below exists.  This has been
available in previous versions and was a great preference.

Mail/News: Using Mail: Sending Messages: Replying to a Message: 2.b
"Automatically quote the original message when replying: Select this to include
the original message text in your reply. Then use the drop-down list to select
where you want to place your reply in the message area."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit > Preferences > Mail&NewsGroups:Composition

Actual Results:  
The preference I expect to be there isn't (described in details above)

Expected Results:  
Add the preference (or at least revise help if you aren't going to offer the
preference any longer).

if you do it from mailnews and select:
Edit
->Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings
->Composition and Addressing

you find the option there.

Using Mozilla 1.7a, the Help-file is also in accordance with the info above.
