DESCRIPTION: Can't open/resize Sidebar after it has been turned off STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Start Mozilla 2. Turn off Sidebar completly (menu item View->Sidebar) 3. Quit Mozilla 4. Start Mozilla 5. Turn on Sidebar (menu item View->Sidebar) 6. Try to open (click handle) or resize (drag border) Sidebar ACTUAL RESULTS: Sidebar remains closed on click, no visual feedback when dragging DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON: Mozilla nightly build 2000010308 on Windows NT 4.0 sp6. Mozilla nightly build 2000010211 on Sun/Solaris 2.6/sparc. ADDITIONAL INFO: Similar results if you do: 1. Start Mozilla 2. Close sidebar (click handle) 2. Turn off Sidebar completly (menu item View->Sidebar) 5. Turn on Sidebar (menu item View->Sidebar) 6. Try to open (click handle) or resize (drag border) Sidebar Now you get visual feedback on drag, but it "snaps back" on button up. After quitting and restarting Mozilla the Sidebar works normally again.
