Expected result: When switching from BK manager, the url displayed in the url
field should be loaded and displayed
What I got: In the BK manager, selecting Reload Page from the view menu switches
to browser but doesn't load page.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Camino and close the first window opened
2) Select either Show All Boomarks from the Boomarks menu or Show History from
the view menu.
3) Notice the default url is dispalyed in the url field
4) Now , select reload page from view menu. Notice the page isn't loaded and
displayed.
