When you go to Preferences, Appearance then Themes, when you select a theme and
click OK, Mozilla won't display the theme selection comfirmation dialog box and
Mozilla will ignore your request to change themes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Preferences, Appearance then Themes.
2. Highlight another theme.
3. Click OK.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla won't display the theme selection dialog box and ignore your request to
change themes.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla displays the dialog box asking about if you want to change the theme and
apply the selected theme during the next Mozilla launch.
