23212 - Bookmark links checking - suggestions

Bookmark has link checking (currently named as Update bookmarks) feature but
it's almost unusable in Netscape, so here are my suggestions how to improve it.
1) Link checking should be multi-threaded (the user should be able to decide the
# of threads).

2) Option: prompt question to remove bad links or not.

3) Link checking should also work with selected links or folders, to be able
to check only the selected links or selected folders.
"Check selected bookmarks" should be added into the right-click menu.

Why should the user be able to specify the number of threads? Few users would
understand what that means, and even fewer would really care.

This is probably a dup of bug 8648.
