Details

If you have a saved query (or any other query) which uses bsolete search items,
such as 'changedin', we convert those out for backwards compat, so the query works.

However, 'edit this query' doesn't work, because the form fields don't exist in
query.cgi. We should set ->param when doing these (and remove the other bit), so
that it does work.
