The "check this folder for new messages" mail folder property sometimes
gets reset to unchecked after restarting Mozilla.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check the "check this folder for new messages" property on an IMAP folder.
2. Restart Mozilla.
3. Inspect the the mail folder properties to see if the property is still checked.


Actual Results:  
Sometimes, the property is unchecked.

Expected Results:  
The "check this folder for new messages" property for IMAP folders should be
persitent.
