When zooming in in text on a page with margin: 0 auto; border 0px; and the text
is large goes outside the window, the scrollbars don't let you scroll to see the
left-most text.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Will attach a textcase. Using that, text zoom until text goes outside the window.

Actual Results:  
Cannot scroll left to see all content.

Expected Results:  
Should be able to scroll left to see all page content. 

Same thing on win2k and linux.
