Only if Mozilla is running links of other programs to http-pages are opend.
Launching Mozilla by clicking a link opens Mozilla with the default start page.
So it is necessary to wait until Mozilla is running and then clicking the link
again to go to the page specified by the link.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clicking a link to a http-site from any program when Mozilla is not running

Actual Results:
Mozilla starts with default start page instead of opening the page specified by
the link.
Expected Results:
Mozilla should start with the page specified by the link
