installed Mozilla 1.6 over 1.3: at end of install message "proc entry point
??_7NS_ConvertUCS2to UTF8@@6B@ could not be found in D Link Library xpcom.dll"
1.6 seems to be running normally at this point

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Downloaded full 12 MB installer - mozilla-win32-1.6-installer
2. double clicked to install
3.

Actual Results:  
"proc entry point ??_7NS_ConvertUCS2to UTF8@@6B@ could not be found in D Link
Library xpcom.dll" poped up in window

Bill, you should not install one Mozilla version over another, please uninstall
before (your profile data will not be removed).
Please report here if the problem still occurrs when you do so.
