Using the recent ‘lastest-0.8’ build, firebird can’t access the indicate web site.  
Mozilla 1.6 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6)
Gecko/20040113) has no problem accessing the same site.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter the url in the location bug

Actual Results:  
A message box pops up with the following error: ‘The file / cannot be found.
Please check  the location and try again.’

Expected Results:  
Page render as mozilla 1.6.
