User-Agent:
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040117

This is running under eComStation 1.1 (effectively Warp 4.52). Several things
will cause it to shut down, logging two entries to POPUPLOG.OS2, for example:
------------------------------------------------------------

01-29-2004 22:11:49 SYS2070 PID 0069 TID 0001 Slot 00bf
F:\MOZILLA\MOZILLA 1.6
NSSCKBI->PLDS4.PL_ArenaAllocate
127
------------------------------------------------------------

01-29-2004 22:11:49 SYS2070 PID 0069 TID 0001 Slot 00bf
F:\MOZILLA\MOZILLA 1.6
NSSCKBI->PLDS4.PL_ArenaAllocate
127

The above was from trying to use the Bugzilla site to enter this bug, and
happened when I entered user-id & password and pressed <Login>.
It also happens when I press <Help> then <Help Contents>. All the other options
from the <Help> menu are OK and don't cause the shutdown.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla 1.6
2. Click on "Help" in the menu bar
3. Click on "Help Contents"

Actual Results:
The Help screen appears and about half a second later Mozilla closes down, very
fast.
There are two new entries in the POPUPLOG.OS2 error log.

Expected Results:
The Help screen should remain and allow perusal of the help "Contents" page.

This is a newly installed copy of Mozilla 1.6. The latest files "libc04.dll"
and "gcc322.dll" from Innotek were placed in the Mozilla directory, as per the
instructions.
This machine also has the IBM Web Browser for OS/2 Version 2.0.2 (Mozilla/5.0
(OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.4.1) Gecko/20031121) installed as part of the
eComStation installation process, but in a completely seperate directory (in
fact on a different drive) from Mozilla.

Read especially the sections "SYS2070" and "Running Multiple Versions Concurrently"
SYS2070 are always DLL conflicts, not a Mozilla bug.

Thanks for the response.

There don't seem to be conflicting versions of the two .DLLs mentioned in the
installation, but following the "SYS2007" solving procedure on the WarpZilla web
page has indeed solved it.
Is there no way to have two or more Mozilla-derived browsers (IBM Web Browser,
Firebird, Mozilla itself) share profiles, so things like bookmarks are common
across them?
Incidentally, Comment #1 was the first I'd heard of the WarpZilla web page - any
chance of publishing its presence on the Mozilla site?
