I tested this a number of times, I have to go to Web Email to delete what
Bellsouth.net calls it's "Mail Guard" system for spam. The log in is fine,
moving to the folder is fine, however, when I try to delete files I get a
"session has timed out" message that continues with "you may have just loged in
recently..." or something. If I go to MS IE 60 and log in I have no problem
accessing and deleting the files in mozilla while getting web mail over the
internet instead of through a mail program, I am getting time out sessions
errors only when I attempt to delete files.

I like what I see here with mozilla, using mozilla now for email after almost a
year of not using outlook and getting mail as web mail. looking forward to more
mozilla and telling everyone I know. I do my research now using mozilla and I
see no problem helping you in any way I can. I will contribute soon.
thanks,
ron

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. log on to get web mail on bellsouth.com
2. access "Folders" location which shows... mail guard, inbox, trash... etc.
3. access mail guard and select "delete all" and I get "session has timed out"
4. I can back to the previous page, however, when I try to delete files I get
same error message.
Actual Results:
"Session has timed out" message appears.

Expected Results:
expect to move to screen saying "Are you sure you want to delete... OK, cancel"
and this returns me to the "Folder" menu.

I am not using anything extra on this win 2k machine. I am running McAfee Home
Edition firewall, internet security and virus scan. I have not activated their
spam filter as of this date. I have linux machines and will attempt this on one
of them in a few days using mozilla.

Please note: I am not using an email program when this problem happens, I am
accessing my email account over the Internet, ie, web mail access. Have been
using mozilla mail for this week and have no problems accessing my email account
with bellsouth.net, which is now at bellsouth.com homepage.
thanks,
ron

wrong component.
reporter, have you talked with the site adminstrator about the problem? Is this
a server configuration problem or Mozilla problem?
