the tooltip of the smilies itself isn't initialised properly. It displays the
tooltip of the last button, for instance "Bold" when your mousepointer is over a
smiley.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose a new message or reply to an original
2. Place the mouse in the email-textbox
3. move the mouse over a button untill the tooltip appears
4. Click on the smiley button (make sure no tooltip pops up) and move down over
a smiley and wait until the tooltip appears
Actual Results:  
Tooltip of the last time a tooltip appears is shown

Expected Results:  
Tooltip from smiley appears
