When creating an internet shortcut in Windows XP, a file with the extension .url
is being created. This file type is unknown to Firebird. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create .url-File (e.g. Windows Explorer: Menu "File" -> "New" -> "Shortcut"
and then enter an url)
2. Open this file with Firebird

Actual Results:  
The source of the .url file is displayed.

Expected Results:  
The page should be displayed which the .url-file links to.

When Firebird is set as the default browser, that file type should be assigned
to Firebird, too.
