Would it be possible to have an option that will let the user allow a 
notification that compression of folders is complete?  I have had some mail 
corrupted, probably because I closed Mozilla and ziped up the directory too 
soon after starting the Mozilla compression of mail folders.

This may be a problem linked to Bug 235305, though I have to admit I'm 
unfarmiliar with the inner workings of Mozilla.

This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project.
