Click accept the license and wait until the map appears. Click the zoom button
and drag a rectangle to select a zoom area. Nothging happens. This page works in
IE, Opera, and the old Netscape.

1.Click accept the license and wait until the map appears. 
2.Click the zoom button and drag a rectangle to select a zoom area.
3. Nothing happens

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
The map should have zoomed
