Details

right now, a new news account gets a username (the uid from the users email)
and the pretty name gets set to the email address.

this works for mail, but for news, we want username to be blank and the pretty
name to be the host name.

alecf's suggestion is to make it generic so the account wizard asks the protocol
what to preflight those field to, and for imap and pop, we do what it does
currently, and for news, we change it.

fixed, following alecf's suggestion.

I added these to the nsIMsgProtocolInfo interface

readonly attribute boolean requiresUsername;
readonly attribute boolean preflightPrettyNameWithEmailAddress;
when creating a new pop or imap account, the username will be preflighted with
the email uid, and the pretty name will be preflighted with the email address.
it will also alert and not let you continue on if you don't enter a username.

when creating a new news account, the username will be left blank, and the
pretty name will be preflighted with the host name. it will not alert if the
username is blank, and you can continue on if it is blank.
