1.type mozilla hangs on URI that uses the %3a char instead of a typed ":"
2.hit enter
3.hang out

Actual Results:  
hang

Expected Results:  
gone to google

Works for me using Mozilla 2004020108 Nightly on Windows 2000.

WFM: I typed "http%3a//www.mozilla.org/" and Mozilla said "www.http%3a.com could
not be found..."

I tried linux trunk 2004020412 and 2004010508.
