The icon is displayed as a big rectangular bitmap consisting of 4x14 (total 56)
icons in firebird. (See attachment)

The correct treepad icon is shown in the toolbar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install firebird build at 5/2/04 (0.8 or trunk)
2. Install the Sted Sidebar extension
3. Select a toolbar and click 'Customize'. Find Sted Sidebar's icon.
   Result: the bitmap described above is displayed
4. Move the Sted Sidebar icon to a toolbar
   Result: Correct treepad icon is added to 0.8 branch. But the trunk crashes.
5. Move the icon back to the 'Customize toolbar' box.
   Result: the bitmap described above is displayed

The 'x' extension can be used instead of Sted Sidebar to reproduce the same bug.

Tell the extension author to fix this. This is not a bug in Firebird. Other
extensions have no problems there.
