With bug 231886 fixed, it is possible to add extension->type mappings to mozilla
using the category manager, by adding an entry in the "ext-to-type-mapping"
category, where the name is the extension and the value the mime type.

It would be nice if plugins could add entries there, so that exthandler does not
need to ask the pluginhost for such a mapping.
-> default owner, I don't see me working on  this anytime soon.
