User-Agent:
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113

Regardless of the visited web page, open tabs, other programs and process priority annoying performance deficits occur randomly.
The most striking one is bad scrolling when using pagedown/pageup, space, and the mousewheel when it is configured to page scrolling. When pushing pageup/pagedown, one part of appr. 10% of the viewpane is updated to the new view and appr. 1 second after this the rest is updated. Strangely, when clicking in the scrollbar once, the view is updated without any delay.
Further occasions of bad performance are switching to Mozilla from another task and switching to a different tab, with each neeing 1 second to draw the viewpane.
Without the error occuring these actions are all performed instantly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
The error occurs randomly when browsing, but reliably often.
Even without any other action than scrolling the view via pgup/pgdn keys the behaviour of Mozilla can change from delayless scrolling to the behaviour described above.
Actual Results:
Drawing of the viewpane is delayed for appr. 1 second.

Expected Results:
Delayless drawing.
