when installing seamonkey, warning dialog appears to have a missing string (the
app name).

I'll attach a screen shot.

Note it says:

"A previous installation"
instead of
"A previous Mozilla installation"

and

"Your profile information"
instead of
"Your Mozilla profile information"

Which build did you install? The warning message remembers me of
Bug 233014 default install into windows\program files directory, erases files

If you go on installing, your windows program directory will be wiped, after a
short click, see bug 233014 comment 19
This happened with mozillas starting BuildID 2004020317 and later,
BuildID 2004020508 was fine.
Basing on screenshot it has to be a dupe of bug 233014
