23341 - make new folder to install into

It's not 100% clear from the installer interface if you make a new folder to
install, or if you put the folders "Mozilla Folder" and "Plugins" in the selected
folder.  Let me urge you strongly to always make a new enclosing folder, so the
Plugins folder doesn't get lost!

The Plugins folder is currently being created parallel to the Mozilla Folder.
This is incorrect. The Plugins folder should be created inside the Mozilla
Folder. So, the issue of the Plugins folder will go away.

If you feel it isn't clear that the Mozilla Folder is going to created under the
selected/newly created folder from the folder selection dialog please suggest
text for that dialog. I believe it currently says something simple such as
"Please select a folder to install to."

B13 still creates a Mozilla folder and a Plug-Ins folder.  If you put the Plug-
Ins folder inside Mozilla, I'll be a happy camper.

The Plugins folder is now installed correctly under the "Mozilla Folder".
