Details

The installer dialog is acting modal (can't move or windowshade it).  So it
should look modal, rather than having a draggable titlebar etc.

Otherwise, the install went rather smoothly.

The window isn't really "non-movable" or modal. On slower machines, the
perception is modal because we surrender very little time to the OS.
Surrendering more time slows the installer considerably. It is non-modal in
perception even on slower machines up until the actual download begins and/or
installation executes.
