User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 The login screen for DoubleClick's DART service will load correctly, however, after logging in, only a white page appears. I have tried to log-in using several versions of Mozilla (including the latest final release) with no success. Buttons that do happen to load to not function properly. For an example, go to "http://dfa.doubleclick.com" and select "Forgot your password". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://dfa.doubleclick.com 2. If you have a log-in, try it and you will see that it does not work. 3. If you do not have a log-in, click "forgot your password" A new screen will load, but the buttons will not function as they do in IE and the site will be unusable beyond this screen. Actual Results: The site is unusable. Expected Results: The page should load completely and function properly.

I'm surprised that it works in any other browser. They have this: onClick="forgotPasswordForm.submit()" But there are no scripts on the page. Contact them and tell them what the problem is. Also, make sure you aren't blocking cookies from their site - I know I am.

The product managers for DART do not see any demand for Mozilla support. I recommend that if users of the DART site wish to have Mozilla support, they make their desires known.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009. If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
