Description

http://www.lycos.es/ CSS stylesheet is a php file sent with a text/html Mime type :

http://www.lycos.es/test/de/base14102003.css.php

Of course, Mozilla does not interpret it as it follows the http standards,
unlike IE.

This uses CSS files with the correct content-type now.

The URL http://www.lycos.es/test/de/base14102003.css.php is still sent with MIME
type text/html.
