when  I try to to click  on a link to download a file *.rar ex.
www.blahblah.com\blahblah.rar the mozilla don't download the  file it try to
open the file as a tct file in the browser , and there  are many file can't
download by mozilla  and it try to open them as txt 

is seems  that mozilla try to open  any unknow file as a txt file !

It's a server bug but there there is a workaround in Mozilla after 1.6

and a correct configured server:
