I have set up various filters for my incoming email, most based on Subject.
When the mail comes in though the filters are not running.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Setup Filter
2.Download email
3.
Actual Results:
All messages stay in the Inbox.
Expected Results:
The messages with filters should be filtered into the specified mailboxes.

Reporter, you need to provide more useful information than this. If you still
see the ptoblem, read the bug reporting guidelines at

and resubmit a new bug.

Resolution: --- → INVALID
What more needs to be said? I have several filters, basic things like "Subject
Contains CTS" which I want copied to a folder. Mail comes in, but none of the
mail with Subject "CTS" is copied.

I can't reproduce this. Try creating a new profile and using the latest version
of thunderbird to see if that is the problem. If you still see the problem, file
a new bug in which you give detailed steps to reproduce the bug using the latest
version of Thunderbird (feel free to CC for confirmation in that case).
