User-Agent: Build Identifier: FIREFOX (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 Having initiated download, window appears asking you to confirm action for firefox to take (Stuffit etc) with a tick box to avoid window reappearing in future. Only button functional for window is the cancel button. where the OK button is is defined but clear(no OK) and does not respond. Therefore you can only cancel to get rid of window, aborting download process. This occured once on one site and three times on site noted above. Same response whether tick box ticked or empty. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.initiate download 2.window appears asking for action re firefox response to compressed file 3.attempt to enter OK 4. No response, hit cancel button Actual Results: Download aborted
The bug is a bit unspecific. I can download the files on this site without problems. Could you provide any download-link that crashes? Otherwise I would say wfm.
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040420 Firefox/0.8.0+ Downloaded multiple files from multiple sites with out this problem... wfm
Marking as WORKSFORME. Please only reopen if you can reproduce on a current nightly build with a clean profile.
