User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 Pressing F7 turns on the caret browsing, a caret is shown, but pressing the arrow keys does not move the caret. WFM on exactly the same version and environment. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 Reporter, please open about:config and check the values of accessibility.warn_on_browsewithcaret and accessibility.browsewithcaret. They're both set to True in my case. You may want to test this with a fresh profile. Prog.

It has to do with the different extensions that I have installed. When I disable them, it works again. When I enable them, caret browsing works, but when I restart firefox, it stops working. So I guess I'll disable them all, and enable them one by one, restarting every time until I found the culprit, and then mail the extension developer.
