No matter which theme I have running, there is no scrollbar either horizontally or 
vertically. There are also no scrollbars in any pop-up windows, such as the one at the top 
of any page at http://www.macorchard.com/ or at http://www.odci.gov/cia/publications/
factbook/index.html. Who had the bright idea of eliminating scrollbars? It's one thing not 
to be able to scroll up and down on a page, but it's another when it's impossible to use a 
pop-up menu.

Incidentally, Firefox 0.8 renders pages slower than a turtle, especially when form data is 
submitted. How bad is this, might you wask? Well, I'm submitting this bug report using 
MSIE, that should tell you something.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just turn on Firefox 0.8 and go to any page that's bigger than one screen
2. Notice the browser does not have scrollbars
3. Bang your head against the desk in frustration
4. Laugh at how many years of university study and how many dollars in tuition the 
people on the Mozilla development team needed to expend in order to learn how to 
make a browser without something so basic.

Actual Results:  
I saw no scrollbar.

Expected Results:  
Look at any other browser by any other development team and you will see a mervellous 
GUI innovation called a "scrollbar." Heck, look at any PREVIOUS version of Firebird/
Phoenix/WhateverYouDecidedToCallItThisWeek and you will see it there.

The default theme is being used, but in any theme there are no scrollbars.

Also have missing scrollbar on Windows XP with the scrollbar missing from form
menus as well if list is longer than allowed space

Found that my bug was reported elsewhere and was based on using a thrid party theme
