summary sez it all, and it occurs on all platforms: when i download a file, the four buttons in the download dialog --labelled as "Unknown File Type"-- don't have borders drawn around them. (the buttons are "More Info...", "Open With...", "Save As..." and "Cancel") since this has been around for a while, there might be an existing bug, but i haven't managed to find it (yet).
Some changes somewhere along the way caused this dialog (and some others?) to no longer pick up the appropriate style sheet(s). It has something to do with the dialogs being in a "package" ("global") that has no global.css or something like that. I'm going to reassign this to matt. He or Ben Goodyer know more about this sort of thing (I hope).

I have a fix for this tragedy of a dialog. Will get a review and check in with my profile changes towards the end of this week.
