Details

goto the above URL (including the test:test uname:password combo). notice that
there are scrollbars all over the place. visit the same url in communicator and
notice no scrollbars.

This is a legit bug, but I think it's related to other GFX scrollbar bugs that
Eric knows about. I'll reassign to him for further triage.
