Mozilla has a "Site Navigation Bar" (Menu View->Show/Hide) that renders
<link rel="previous" href="...">

a next version of Firefox.

Just out of curiosity, is there a document that describes which kind of features
in general will go into the application's core and which are rather added via
extensions?
I understand that the site navigation bar functionality is probably not
"mainstream" (as in: neither implemented on many webpages nor important for all
users), so it was left out.

I guess there are good reasons for this decision. Personally I think those
"meta-navigation" is a good thing. I hoped for a more widespread adoption
leading to support by all major browsers (including IE).
Sad to see that instead of moving to a enabled-by-default state in
Mozilla/Firefox this feature has been removed altogether. A step in the wrong
direction IMHO.
Sorry for spamming, but I just had to express my feelings ;-)
